Return and Refund Policy

Please process the return BEFORE shipping your items back to us

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all approved returns.

To start a return, you can contact us with your order number and email address associated with the order at:

Upon approval of your return, a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to return your package will be sent. The return label provided must be used for returning items from your order. Chinolitos Ltd. does not cover any extra charges for shipping and handling of returns. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, devoid of tear, marks, scratches, alterations or any kind of damage, with intact tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Each item will undergo inspection upon return. Returns are managed case-by-case, subject to Chinolitos Ltd. team's discretion for assessing if items are unworn and unwashed.

Upon inspection and approval, we will confirmed and issued the refund within 7-10 business day. 

Gift cards, and all items marked as SALE/FINAL or custom made are not eligible for return/refund. However, a malfunctioning gift card may be subject to replacement at our discretion.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift cards, and all items marked as SALE/FINAL or custom made.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
